BACKGROUND
I have a diverse and multi clutural background. I was born in the Philippines, and spent my childhood in the big city of Manila. I still speak Tagalog and Spanish. My father was a veteran of WWII, and after spending many wonderful years in the Islands, we moved to Denver, CO where I started my real estate career, from there to Sacramento, CA, & in 1989 moved to North Idaho where I continue to live, work & play in one of the most beautiful areas of the Northwest and the World.

THE AREA

Aside from it's awesome beauty...the Wildlife is unreal with Elk, Moose, and Deer parading in front of our house almost every day. The area even boasts Caribou, Sturgeon, and fabulous eagles,ducks & geese...as we are on the Canadian Flyway. The weather is a full four seasons, with something for every lifestyle from summer sun to winter snow, water (lakes, rivers, creeks) is abundant...horseback riding trails with access to 1000's of miles of USFS and BLM and State land trails and sites almost everywhere you go...

The "small town" qualities of living in a rural area, with less population, is definitely why many folks move here!The "lifestyle" and the cultural values of this area gave us the "All America City" award in 1994 and "The Friendliest Town" award in 2004.

Living the "Lifestyle" includes: Hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, boating, kayaking, skiing...you name it we have it and it's not crowded or polluted like it is in most other "fun" parts of the country & the world.
